Best steak ever! Delicious taste. The kids loved it on steak. The steak was marinated with papaya juice, and then sprinkled with JAK.

Steak with papaya mist and JAK on the Big Green Egg is ridiculous!  The mist is made from fresh papaya, put it in a spray bottle, makes a great tenderizer.
